Meet Kirsty - Owner

With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Kirsty brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and passion to everything she does. Based at Tudor Grange for more than a decade, Kirsty has built a thriving personal training business and helped countless clients reach their fitness goals.

Around 18 months ago, Kirsty discovered Reformer Pilates and it was love at first class. Instantly drawn to the strength, control, and mind-body connection it offers, she knew she wanted to share it with others. As an avid rower and runner, Kirsty has personally felt the benefits of Reformer Pilates in her own training and performance, and she’s excited to help others experience the same.

Kirsty is all about making fitness fun, accessible, and empowering and can’t wait to welcome more people into the Reformer community and help them feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident than ever.

Meet Memoona - Instructor

Memoona has a background in healthcare and a career in cardiology. With this Memoona bring's a deep understanding of the body and the importance of preventive care and how health and fitness is vital for living a healthy life.

Memoona is a passionate health and fitness advocate and being a marathon runner and believes movement is medicine.

From her own experience Memoona knows that Pilates is a powerful tool to build strength, mobility, aid recovery and prevent injury.

Memoona fell in love with reformer Pilates for this reason and strongly believes it is an exercise that is open to all; from all ages and fitness levels. If you want to improve your overall health, get fit and feel stronger in your daily life then pilates is for you.

Meet Monika - Instructor

Monika is excited to be teaching Reformer Pilates instructor at Breathe.

Her journey into the world of movement began with various activities, from gymnastics, volleyball to any water sports (you name it), and at some point even ballroom dance and karate! Although she's not a professional in any of these, they sparked her passion for movement and human biomechanics. She has always focused on the body as a whole and wanted to share this knowledge with others. She is a qualified behavioural therapist and loves to interact and learn from anyone who crosses her path as she believe's that everyone has a different perspective.

As a qualified Pilates instructor in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, she will focus on emphasising correct alignment, posture, and good technique whilst helping you enjoy your session with her encouragement (and jokes!). She wants to help you discover the strength and confidence within you.
